Caruso & Co Legal is committed to protecting your privacy. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the way we collect, use, disclose, and hold personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains how we manage personal information, how you can access and correct your information, and how you can make a complaint if you believe we have not met our obligations.

By using our website, entering into a costs retainer/agreement with us, or otherwise providing us with your personal information, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying us in writing. If you are a client, withdrawing consent may mean that we are unable to continue providing legal services to you.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will be available on our website, and the date of last update will be shown at the top of the policy.

We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties for their marketing without your consent.
12. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact our Privacy Officer in writing.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
